Hi poly 3d Exports with Displace as well. Some surfaces dont export with displacement, I could go on and on. If you have ever seen what horror that will do, you understand. to top it off the displacement is all ways on at 100% in the material editor. And it always defaults to roughness maps in the Refl Gloss and the Refract Gloss. When I export I still never get the AO pass. Just limits your ability to tweek the gamma on them with out a color correct node. I found the bitmap not loading as a HDRI is not a huge as the files are all loaded with a gamma over ride so they are correct and with blur at 0.
